Rule #4 Self worth = the real self image.

What a funny concept the worth of the self. We are truly boundless, bright. Beautiful, vast and yet situations and our concepts that have come from those situations tell us that we are less than that.

I want you to know that you are ALL THAT. Where do we start with something this huge usually with a large gap between the idea and the reality? We start at the beginning fearlessly. Remember that means less fear not no fear.

Powerful Shamanic meditation to regain your energy:

I want you to sit somewhere safe and take a few luscious deep breaths. Close your eyes. Sit and allow yourself to see and feel an incident where someone tried to convince you that we weren’t all that great. Look at it with eyes closed or open and see the picture. Look into it deeply and now take a deep breath and pull your energy out of this picture by turning your head slowly to the left and then the right. Come back to middle and exhale. Do this as many times as it takes to retrieve all your energy from this situation. This meditation may be finished in 1 minute, one year one lifetime. Stay with this snap shot till it is clear and then move on to another situation and repeat.

Gift of this is it removes the power of the situation over you because you have your power back. This in only one paragraph but it is a really huge meditation. It is not easy to stay with but I will tell you that you will feel freedom and energy that you have never experienced if you do it.

This one is amazing it is intense and will give you back your self-love, which is paramount in achieving your self worth.

Please and I say please because this is the naked truth. Your naked truth.
I now want you to stand in front of a full- length mirror look at your self as kindly or as accusingly as you want the choice is yours. I could suggest one but really you will go through many changes with this so start where you are in relationship with your body. Look and then say out loud I like myself, I love myself and I see my soul for at least 3 minutes this informs the world that you mean this. . Follow this with 3 minutes of doing this mantra in a whisper that will inform the intimate
You, now do 3 minutes silently this informs the essence of you.

The Gift of 3 minutes is: Changes your blood chemistry, strengthens your magnetic field, and improves your circulation.

Follow this with kindness. Take a bath, lye down and listen to chanting or great soothing music. Take this new reality into your beautiful being.
Allow it to sink in deeply.

Do you want your skinny back? #3

Okay, today we really dive in and look at the most delicate of subjects –
YOUR HABITS.

Rule #3. Are you willing to change your habits?

This is the biggest question. If you are not willing to start this journey, this is the stop where you will be getting off. It has been lovely knowing you.

You cannot go one step further until you stand up, preferably on a chair or high mountain, and yell at the top of your voice, “I am willing to change my habits!” Now write it down 108 times. Teachers made us do this long ago and far away to ingrain the mantra they wanted us to remember in our conscious mind. So pick up your notebook and write
that specific mantra, “I am willing to change my habits,” 108 times. Why 108? For all the 26’s we have in our body represented by the hands, feet, spine, and head, as well as 108 names of God. I think they have undercounted on the name of God thing. While writing, hear the mantra resonating with in you.

Now, are you ready to rearrange your life, house, office, and car? Good! Here we go.

First, make a list of all the rooms in your house and include your office and car. It doesn’t matter if your office is at home or not. It’s time to start clearing out the old to make room for the new.

Pick a room to start clearing it out. You don’t have to do all the rooms at once, but you do need to complete the list within 120 days. So start with a small room, maybe even with that room’s closet or cabinets, and do a slash and burn. Imagine yourself on TV’s Clean Sweep.

Make THREE piles or bags for the following:

1. Throw away right now
2. Give away to your cleaning lady or favorite charity
3. I don’t know not really ready to release but…

For pile #3, get your person or someone close to you to go over this pile with you. Some things will have to be wrenched from your clasped hands and others may be legit to keep. See how much you can put into the first two piles. Keep going back to your closet /cabinet until you’ve cleared it out. You can’t change holding on to all the stuff of the past.

A good rule for your clothes closet is if you have not worn it in the last year it belongs to someone else who will wear it. Pass it on. Pass it on with love to someone you know would appreciate it or just give it up knowing that the right person will find it. (You can even hold a fashion swap party with friends or give work clothes (suits/dresses) to organizations that provide work clothes to those returning to the work force.)

YOU MUST GET EVERYTHING OUT FROM UNDER YOUR BED.
TODAY. Where are you going to put it? You can decide that, but you need a clear, clean sleeping space so your psychic, soul, and body can rest.

Rearrange your pathways:

Now that you’ve cleared out your personal space, it’s time to clear your pathways. We are going for clarity and clutter does not breed clarity. We are such great accumulators aren’t we? We all have pathways from our house to work, from our desk to the fridge, from our work to the ice cream shop, etc.

Stop and think of all your pathways and write them down.

How do you go when you are going to X, Y, Z?

Write as many pathways as you can think of and then leave room to add others as you think of them. Add to this list daily if more come to you.
These physical pathways to destinations actually create brain pathways, so if we want to change the brain pathways, we must change our habit pathways.

First, you must see and identify your current pathways.
Second, write them down and know them.
Third, change them by creating new patterns we call habits.

You can’t do this in a day. That is why we have a 120-day commitment.

Choose the pathway you see as most clearly not in line with your great, fabulous, lovely, powerful goal and work with that one.

It might be: “I go right for the fridge when I am watching late nite TV to unwind.” Work that. Or, “I get so hungry I forget to eat till it’s too late and then I go to drive-thru restaurants because I just can’t think anymore.”

Choose your ONE that you know is your most damaging pathway. Write it down. Now make a list of others.

Let’s tackle the drive-thru eating.

Next time you go food shopping buy some things to keep in the car.
Ideas: nuts, dried fruit, individual applesauce servings, crackers and nut butter that you can make in the car if you need to, protein bars (read the labels for good protein content and LOW sugars as sugars make you fat and cranky, not skinny).

Think of a store on your route where you could breeze in and pick up a prepared salad and a fork.

I am not advocating eating while you drive or at your desk, but we are working back from where you are, not expecting you to go from hideous to saintly in one jump. Have patience and just note your personal pathways and how you might find better solutions in creating new pathways.

Now I am asking you, I’m begging you, I’m down on my knees singing to you – please repeat this with each pathway you have tracked in your life. This may be too much for one day so give yourself one week to do this. Remember it only took God seven days to create the world right? Ha! Seven is the number of consciousness that is why we talk about the seven-year itch, which is change. Each week, each seven days, contains that mini consciousness change.

So create your list of pathways (habits).
Choose one pathway and explore other solutions and options for that habit.
Repeat this process with each pathway over the next week.

Embrace the consciousness of seven and see what it can give you back. Seven is also your magnetic field, which surrounds everything in our lives, including TV’s and computers and YOU.

Do this when you feel stuck and lifeless. It brings the life force back. I say choose between “life force or forced life.”

Claw Dance
Two steps for radiant, charismatic energy

Round and tighten fingers in long clawed-like hands.
Come up tall on your toes swinging the arms out to the sides and up over the head in a big arc motion. Breath in on the way up while saying “WHO”. Next, squat down while the arms are swinging downward in a big arc. Exhale saying “LA” on the way down. Keep repeating these 2 steps.

Round up and tighten fingers to mimic long claws.
Starting tall on tip toes, swing the arms up over the head in a big arc motion. Inhale on the way up while saying “WHO.”
Exhale saying “LA” while squatting down and swinging the arms down in a big arc.
Keep repeating these 2 steps. C

Continue 1-2 minutes

Gift:
Strengthens thighs and increases energy. Replenishes your energy field and expands awareness. Helps clears the mind when facing challenges.

Do you want your Skinny back? #2

I am assuming that you have “your person” by today and are ready to proceed. What do you need to do with “your person”? You need to make the commitment to them that you will follow this program for the total 120 days and you want then to hold you to that no matter how you squirm and squeal.

The meditations I gave in session #1 are to be done as followed. You are following me right?
1. The When you don’t know what to do should be done every morning or every nite pick either and then do it at that time for the entire duration. No bouncing back and forth like a ping-pong ball. Hmmm that is exercise. That bouncing is a brain, your brain trying to get out from under perceived restrictions. Great news it is not a restriction is it an amazing commitment that you have made to the skinny you, the bright you, the energetic you.

2.The other: Whistle or “O” breath is to be done during the day when you are feeling challenged, unsure, anxious, fearful whatever word you choose to apply to those !@#$%

Want your skinny back? Part #1

Many of us do. Fat just seems to creep on you in your least favorite spot. Is there a favorite spot? Let’s be truthful have you ever said, “My fat landed just where I was hoping it would that is my favorite fat spot.” Didn’t think so me neither.

Lets uncreep the fat. Lets get that fat to crawl away in shame. We are funny we hate receding hairlines but receding waistlines Bravo!

Before you go on this adventure to get your skinny back you need some fortifications to take with you. No it is not food but it is good for you and has Zero calories.

What is the first component? You must yes, you must have an accountability person. This person must be:

1. A person who cares about you and gets you
2. They must not bend to your diatribes, your moods or any other such assaults.
3. They must have a sense of humor so they can cajole or tease you
alternately.

Choose this person with great thought and intuition. You will need this person to commit to be “Your Person” for, are you ready for this?
120 days. That is four months. That is how long it takes to break, start and create a new habit. So yes you need the person for that long. They can still do there day job at least part time. Just kidding. You are not their project you are their inspiration.

That is the other gear you need to pack, your courage. You will need to go grab it from whatever corner it is hiding in and jump into it. Really you are going to inspire and give hope to many so see if you can sit with yourself and get ready for this journey as if you were going over seas. You will be.

Do this- it is great for releasing fear:
Put on some Mozart or chanting music and then inhale in a whistle and exhale in a whistle. If you can’t whistle get lessons but for now make an “O” out of your mouth and Inhale slowly through the “O” and Exhale slowly the same way. It will calm the nerves.

Then try this Meditation for when you don’t know what to do. It very easy and very complicated.

Sit in easy sitting pose or with spine straight on a chair
Next rest both hands palms up in your lap, let the right hand hold the left with fingers pointing away from the body at angles, the right thumb crosses over the left thumb.

Breath: Inhale slowly through the mouth and exhale slowly through the mouth.
Inhale nose and exhale nose
Inhale mouth and exhale nose
Inhale Nose and exhale mouth then repeat for minimum 3 minutes 11 minutes being best.

drugs, alcohol, sex or your favorite devirsional high. How can that
be done?

Do you really want to know? Interesting isn’t it we want to believe
that majicians can turn lead into gold but we don’t hold ourselves
to the same Gold standards.

Okay come with me on this little journey. Are you willing to
turn your trash into treasures? If yes you stay if no you go

Have you heard that the truth is simple? Me too and yet it seems the
farthest thing from easy so often. Well this truth is easy and yet
you must do it for it to work.

I want you close your eyes yes only after reading the directions

Close your eyes. On your own Imax screen I want you to see your
biggest fear, make it so big it does not fit in the Universe. See it
in all it’s horrific aspects, see the color, feel the terror it
strikes in you, notice what part of your body this feeling overtakes
and now I want you to laugh at it. Yes laugh loudly, fakely, just
laugh and keep laughing for 3-5 minutes straight. Laugh loudly,
let the laugh get bigger and wilder than the fear. Keep Laughing
Allow the laughter to expand. What will happen you tell me and I
will know if you have done it by your answer.

Let me know what happened to your fear. Yes that big, huge thing.

I will tell you fear wants to be taken seriously. It owns you and
when you dishonor it by laughing it runs away in shame. Will this
solve all your difficult situations in life? No BUT it will give you
clarity.

When you are clear you can see other solutions to your challenge.
When you are clear you are not paralized, You can act. You can use
your fear as fodder. For your biggest weakness is just the flip side
of your biggest strength.

Apply this to all fear in your life. Courage is the application
of your heart to a situation. Fear closes us down. Laughter opens
us up. Want up laugh even when you don’t want to.

What is your legacy, your energetic trail?

What is your Legacy?

As a businessperson, as an entrepreneur, as a hueman being have you thought of it? What you are leaving behind. I�m sure it has grazed you mind or maybe been an integral part of you every day.

Before you read this I want to suggest I mini meditation because this can be very transformational or just something to be dismissed because it is intense what I am asking you to look at.

I want to suggest something that is very powerful and something we just don�t do in our society. We never speak of the �D� word it is much more powerful than any �F� word yet it�s linked into an �F� word, Fear. The �D� word is Death. We don�t speak about death much less our own death. We know that it is inevitable but somehow we think it just won�t happen to us really. So this is not some random death concept I want to introduce it is your demise. What if you got a chance to look at that moment and see the impact of your life backwards from that point? What is you were to sit and write your own obituary? God is that weird. Yes it is. If you have the courage to do this and realize what you want said about you when you leave this temporary home then you have your starting point for the rest of your life: your business life your, your personal life, and your inner life. Once you have stated for the record how you want to be remembered then you can create a business plan, a mission statement to live backwards from that point.

This is not yet cast in stone so you can change and update this every 5-10 years but if you are willing to do this now it allows you to realize that what we leave behind that vapor trail is what is indeed immortal. These bodies are not but they house the ability to create the infinite in the finite. We need these body unites to create miracles that uplift and inspire others to excel.

What is your inspire and excel epithet? How do you want to be remembered? What legacy will you leave on this planet with? Who is your target market to inspire? What gifts have you left on the table?

How can meditation help your fortune and focus?

How can meditation help your fortune and focus?

I was just teaching at Quattro University http://ping.fm/thO9q our first live event teaching business people how to be more focused and effective
through meditation, yogic tips, NLP, and many other modalities. It was magnificent. Why? Because I got to see people who had lots of years practicing these conscious methods and others who had no idea what they signed up for

One lovely man told me he signed up for my class. �Creating more energy in your life and business with the Energy Guru� thinking it was a fitness class and he only stayed because I was real with them. Real is the name of this game.

It�s not about how great I am or you are it is about how I can share things with you that have made my life better in ways I hope will make your life better. Better how? By giving you more energy, by letting you see what zaps your energy during the day and what gives you energy. By looking at the going towards the effective energy giving habit and knowing that the ineffective will die off if not feed. Without energy you cannot have great focus without great focus you cannot create great fortunes.

What habits do you have that you would like to leave as road kill? List them on a piece of paper and then burn the paper. Now list what you would like to go towards. What new habits do you want to create to support your focus and fortunes? This may be one it is for many people: eat better, what does that mean for you? Do you need help even knowing what that looks like for you? Who can help you, support you? Look to your local health food store for cooking classes, for shopping classes so you can be exposed to new options in eating and shopping.

Making more effective choices: How, where and what you eat matters too. Eating in the car and at your desk not the most effective places to eat. So where would you like to eat? Realistically? Make that place sacred. Bless your food. Breathe life into it and be greatful as you take each bite. Eat with others you care about. Don�t eat in stressed out situations or with people who stress you. If you have stressful lunch meetings drink (non alcoholic drinks) only and then eat after the meeting. Refuse to eat dead food or in stressful situations. Bring food from home or go to your local Traders Joes or health food store and buy something live and easy. Make things easy on yourself.

Tricks that will help: Have food in your car and at your desk that supports your energy like healthy protein bars, nuts and seeds, fruit dried or fresh, multigrain crackers are good starting points. Ready labels and buy bars with low sugar content. Lots of protein bars have tons of sugar. Don�t eat unconsciously. Stop take a break and eat something yes even snacks especially snacks.

Paying attention to ways we loose energy. These are just a couple ways
1. Are you fuming about something that happened instead of shaking it off, getting clear and seeing options for effectively shifting the situation or moving away from it.
2. Are you dwelling on something someone said about or to you? Use an Energy Guru exercise to make the shift and get out from under the obsessive thought pattern.
3. Did something happen at home or on the phone that you are worrying about? Know worrying just takes your energy and doesn�t give that energy to anyone else. Send the situation love, light, resolution, hope.

There are many aspects to the food chain? How you are feed physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually? Each one of these is important.

1.You can make eating your food a meditative experience.
2. Slow down, bless your food and eat with people who eat more slowly than you do.
3.Don�t eat when stressed or when you only have a few minutes. Drink
some delicious nourishing drink instead.
4. Enjoy your food. Enjoy eating.

Only eat under these situations. Try it and see what happen to your digestion, your energy level, your feeling of being cared for. Meditation in action it is yours for the picking.
