It’s my beloved Birthday this week. He is not into celebrating it and he is not physically with me for me to celebrate they way I want to. By honoring him in doing just what he wants for the day. He is such an amazing aspect of the infinite that there is truly nothing I would not do for him including allowing him to celebrate or uncelebrate his birthday.

I want to get up on roofs and yell to the world my gratitude to his mother whom I never got to meet for bringing him in. I want to let everyone know so they will do wonderful things letting him know how loved he is yet this is my way not his. I honor his way and still celebrate his life, his consciousness, his fearlessness in looking at what bothers him and not hide it nor hide from it.

I spontaneously write him poems often but tonite trying to write something for him nothing came. Blank in the poetry dept. but not blank in the gratitude department. He is much more linear than I am. I appreciate his planning. He used to create manuals I can barely open one. He will look at a problem on my property and figure out what needs to happen to fix it. I usually pay my handy man and meditate on it sometimes getting great readings on things. He is a Tarus Man much more structured and mental than I am a Pisces woman. I love it and I love sharing the flip side of structure with him.

In the structure of this piece I want to say I have learned so much about relationships, about men, about being a woman, so much about being vulnerable, so much about giving and receiving. I had been on my own for a long time when we met. I had some patterns that weren’t all that inviting. He wore those down with being present. Oh and don’t think he just took it all in and didn’t let me know about things but he did it mostly with such humor or unattached directness that I  got to pay attention. We have expanded each others awareness without owning or claiming the other.

He needs quite time. He should have that. I need to travel and teach he supports that. We are so deeply together yet there is no owning. I have no idea if we will be together for all of eternity or just today but for today and all the days to follow I am greatful for this man, this great soul, whose words go deeply into me, who’s hands I adore holding, who I love meditating with and working meditations in a garden and writing copy together. He is both intelligent and wise but most of all he is of vast heart.

He loves all. He gets that love is boundless and there is enough to go round and round circling each and everyone of you. I hope some day soon you will be able to meet him through my eyes, my heart and dance in his vast embrace.

It’s my birthday and I’m not making a thing out of it, not sure why. Not making a thing out of somethings doesn’t mean I am not celebrating it. I have been having wonderful thoughts of my mother who passed in 2005. I have been celebrating with her in my meditations. Also celebrating with my father, brothers, my children and grandchildren. And yes I am celebrating with my Beloved, Gurutej who sees me as vast. She is Vast. She sees me as loving. She is loving. I am Blessed that she is in my life and I in hers. That is my celebration that I see in my heart.

Well the dragon had it’s way with me. I had written the entire blog and with one key who knows which one whooops entire blog gone. So here we go again sure it will be different.

We know this year is an Apex year. Huge Transition year with the Chinese Dragon adding it’s fire and wildness to it all. But is this a love year? Is the Dragon a lover? For me, yes, and I will share why.

The dragon is fearless some say reckless but fearless. Love is fearless. If you fear you are not in love. With the person, the moment, the life fear blocks love so I’m embracing the Dragon as a magical teacher. This is the year to say yes to the unexpected. Just say yes. Take the leap. That is fearless. Loving the leap makes it worthwhile no matter what the outcome.

Love is not meant to be safe it is meant to take us out of safety into vastness. The dragon is an etheric creature who comes and visits us from time to time. The Chinese would say every 12 years, but really she is there to be called into play whenever you need fearless fun. She wants you to play and not see things as serious, but find the possible in the impossible. Become the dragon in your life. Lift people up on your magical tail and give them a great ride. Love with passion and brilliance heretofore unknown to you. Express your love in your doings not just words. Create love and be created by it. The dragon is a doer. Make your doing about fierce love. Rip down the barriers and declare that you will love no matter what. Love is not a barter it is the divine medicine that gives you back your life.

Rip down the barriers of the past so that when you RIP it will truly be in peace.

Is it true that if you don’t have sex regularly you will dry up? There is this myth going round, even prevalent in the medical community, that if you don’t use it your lose it. I am going to address this since it seems to be in the news of late when  a very prominent person in the fashion industry just revealed what some might think a very long (29 yrs) celibate streak.

There are many reasons for celibacy. Some people embrace it because they had a very bad sexual experience. Some for spiritual reasons decided to use their sexual energy elsewhere. Some because an appropriate partner never showed up. Some to just see what would happen, an experiment, tried this path. So everything from curiosity, to energy, to fear, and more. There is not one reason I can speak of this as an authority since I was celibate for 17 years. Partially because no appropriate partner materialized but mostly a spiritual quest to see if meditation got deeper because of celibacy. I wanted to know what would happen and then it just kept going.  I will say I didn’t notice that my meditations got deeper, but taking the break I came back to making love from a very different place. It is a meditation to me now.

Let’s face it relationships take time, but they are also a direct path to the Divine if we allow them to be so. They can become a walking awake meditation. Celibacy is not a medal nor a badge of honor in or of itself.  If you are called to try it for a period to understand and not to judge it as good or bad or right or wrong then go into it consciously and embrace making love with the Divine.

We think of Sex in toooo limited of terms anyway. We think that a threesome is a walk on the wild side. What about making love with God? Embrace having sex with the entire Universe. Make love with each breath. Make each person you meet your lover. Get over the limitations. Become the best lover ever in the comfort of every room, environment, every breath that you can find the capacity to be the lover of that moment.  Become the world’s greatest lover for real.

We can say happiness vs sadness or depression or hopelessness but really happiness VS nothing. Happiness is encoded in each of us. With every breath, with every thought, with every word, we are evoking the God’s of whatever we are focusing upon. I know you have all heard this before but if we had really heard it we would all be liberated.

Happiness is encoded in us. Yogi Bhajan used to say it was our birthright. If it is so then that means it is part of our DNA. We came in with Happiness as a cellular experience. We get to yes get to choose if we will live to that.

I want to share with you my practices that bring me back from whatever recesses claim my attention that create something other than happiness. Happiness means you trust the Universe is truly giving you what you need to excel and merge.

1. I meditate and yes sometimes I must say it is not enough in that moment. Sometimes I need to be in and with it longer.

2. I exercise.

3. I call someone who will not lecture me but will bring me back to my essence of trust and hope because of who they are and who they know I am. It is not the same person.

4. I read something funny or watch something funny Youtube is a blessing

5. I read Hafiz “Hey Beloved my heart is a raging volcano of love for you. You’d better start kissing me or else” I love getting bossy with God.

6. I see who I can inspire or uplift.

7. I am willing to be unhappy for awhile to let it show me the root that needs to be released.

8. I sing, I chant, something I love that is lively and hopeful and will change my DNA

Tell me your tricks and we will share our bags of tricks to be and stay in the lap of the Divine.

What if we thought about our challenges as wonderful things that were coming to us to be recycled and reused? Really, if we could see them as little characters for our next book, play, comic book, painting, that were so odd and incredible that we could scare or save the world from them? What if we choose to use these pains and weirdnesses,  hurts, and separations to play with the world. To take our crazies and make a fabulous cream pie out of it all.

There are people who have been extremely successful doing just this. Woody Allen comes to mind and many more. It’s not original only bringing it to you on a tray and serving it up as your dinner. You could use this technique to turn that which we curse into that which we honor.

Look at all the mystics they were and are a raging band of weirdness. They don’t play by the rules. They don’t care about the rules. They play by their own inner rules. Yes, they have been killed for this way of thinking but we are choosing a slow, excruciating death by following the rules. Get out of your own way and follow the rules that will set you free. Be answerable to your soul first and foremost.

Funny at my father’s funeral service one of my sisters did all the Catholic prayers and we all went along though most of us were no longer Catholic including my father for quite some time. Yet when I chanted Akal (which means undying)and to anyone and everyone to join in that was too weird for most. It is all a prayer join in all prayers and let the essence of it shake you down. Climb inside of it don’t just do it by rote.

Chant loudly everywhere. Utilize it.

I have learned that our minds are so powerful that what they perceive is what we think is real. I could just leave it at that. And say just contemplate that. If you don’t like the perceptions you are caring around with you then you will have to have a deeper emotional charge to see beyond what you are holding on to.

I’m reading this book Anti Cancer.  The author does a profile of the cancer prone person. One of the main things is those who are caring around wounds they have not been able to let go of or heal. That is many of us. So this is the time, this is the place to really let it go. What matters and what is hogging space in your heart and mind? What needs to be cleared out to let the light in? If you look deeply into those scars you will see that that person did what they did because it was the best they knew how to do at that time. It was self-preservation. It was trying to get some of the innocence they saw in you.

Blessing someone goes a far way to allowing it to transform. The meditation for transformation where you say Wahe Guru 40 times clears out anything that is not truly serving your ecstatic state. You deserve ecstasy so do something to serve it.

Today a droid skyped me to tell me my computer protection system wasn’t functioning. Amazing haven’t checked to see if it is true or not but it was amazing. It would be really good if our magnetic fields would call us and tell us wen our own protection fields are down.

The differences are many, but in their linking to God there are big differences as well.

Hafiz says it so well I can only bubble forth his words from the fountain of me and him.

So be wise hang out with those who are calling God. Those who are loving God in all. Those who know the sacred tones and use them. Those who see you as God and me as God and the seagulls as God and the tyrants as God. The Generating, Organizing, Developing/Destroying power that just is in all.

Call out from the longing lute of your heart. Let God come wrestle you, invite God to play with you, put God to bed at nite. Create a new more juicy intimate relationship with God. God is yours, and mine, and ours unto infinity. Got to love the vastness and loves to be invited in.

These are the three that when we give them up we get our life force back, we literally become God. Just read this and then close your eyes and let them come to you. Let them tell you what they steal from you. These are some of the great separators. We are God in Separation we feel all the fear. In connection we welcome the unknown.

Seems to be that this is true for many place right now. It is also true when things are happening to us it feels like they just won’t stop and yet part of us  knows they will. But we don’t really know they will in that moment or we wouldn’t get stressed.

How to remember that this is just a situation, however wondrous or grave, and it will pass is not always easy.

Would you like some tools I use and trust me I have had lots of chance to use them recently. I have been on with tech support in the Phillipines today Friday it was India for something else and right now I am holding for AT&T . I am greatful to say I have figured a way to cancel my fax with them Wahe Guru. Don’t even want to say who I still have to deal with because I am only getting some of my emails just a dance but one that has lots of chances to freak out with. The tech support in India the other day told me that he felt so stressed going into our call that it had been a hard day and after talking with me (not at my best) he felt totally relaxed and hopeful. Grace of God and made me even more conscious of what I said. It is more that what we say it is our innate vibrations.

Keep a yoga mat by your desk. Not possible. go to the bathroom and do breath dragon breath or Breath of fire good something to burn away the frustration. Realize this is a test. Are you passing it? Meaning is it stealing your energy? If yes don’t head for the covers meaning the caffeine or sugar to sooth the feelings they will turn on you. You will feel crankier in just a few minutes and blame the stress. Really the energy stealers are to blame if you want blame. Just be with you and ask is this really worth what I am putting myself through?

Expand the minute. When we get caught in the minute and it isn’t what we ordered we feel we have been sequestered to the 7 realm of hell. This may sound hooky but remember the things that are glorious truly glorious about your life. And…. name them right now. Keeping naming them till you feel a break in your mood.

Essential oils are the bomb. Try Orange, or Lime or Lemon oil. I love Rebalance oil by Essential 3 it can clear your space and your mind. You use what you like but nothing synthetic.  The real essence of the oil. It uplifts you.

When you meet something difficult the first law is break it down and then just start. Sometimes you just need to start it to get over the intimidation factor. There are a few things that help you to start and I am not speaking of planning. Some people can stay permanently stuck in the planning stages. So plan but then get a move on it and jump in.

It’s never as hard as it seems outside looking in as it is when you are inside the task whatever it may be. It is like jumping off a high rock or a high dive. If you just go do it after seeing how deep it is below you are fine if you stand there and plot and plan chances are you will talk yourself out of it.

The difference between starting and completing a task is you can’t complete anything you have not started. Ending or wrapping up a task a project or a relationship all take skills. You need to pull all the lose ends together and make it come together or apart. You need to have the reasons for why it needs to be this way and they need to be clear and concise.

I heard this program yesterday about companies pitching investors. They loved this one company because they told of the huge numbers in  that industry so they would entice investors, they said it was cheaper than all competitors, they said it was stronger and best but not best to investors they said it was very light on the environment. Think this at the beginning.  Don’t lie just do things you are passionate about even if they aren’t a big industry.  Ask why would you do this and who will want this. At the end what pain have you solved? Why would people be glad they bought or used this product or service etc.?

Everything needs a beginning or start point and an end point. See the end result before you ever start the project, the creation of a product, or a trip. What do you want to get out of it and what need does it fulfill? Then start with gusto and know when to wrap it up.
