Are you open to the love miracle as we approach the love day of the year. Funny how Hall Mark wakes us up to love about 6 times a year: Valentine’s day, Easter, Mothers day, Graduations, Fathers day, maybe Thanksgiving. Valentines is the private I love you intimately day. Truth be told the I love you intimately is given to us as a gift to expand love out and make that love vast, to see the face of our beloved in everyone.
We get to practice this often if we so choose. I got a great practice yesterday. I have a beloved whom is truly the grace of God in my life. I also have, like many people an EX. You don’t even have to say EX what any more everyone knows. I don’t talk to or with my EX no desire to do so but my daughter who is facing death itself with such grace and power wants family so I ventured forth into connection. I had no outcome except that we could gracefully be in the same room. That was it. I entered the conversation, which I initiated with an open heart giving room for possible change on both of our parts and in our hearts. I should tell you this was an arranged marriage, we had tremendous sleep deprivation 3-4 hrs nite, throw in lots of fasting usually juices on my side, in our 20’s-early 30’s and no tools to work things out. Not a recipe for success. The meditation is, was truly the saving grace. Why am I sharing this because we had a truly kind, listening, connective healing conversation because we just allowed our hearts to lead the way. There was no blame. There was no claim. We just got to speak of our hard parts but not get into stories. To my amazement he had absolutely, truly no recognition of my most challenging component of the relationship. He did not deny having that aspect but he had no recognition of what he had done. Even better I was okay with that fact. It was kind and considerate and best of all for me real. Wahe Guru
This Valentine’s Day tackle someone or something in your hidden closet that makes you want to kill, or at least hate or avoid at all costs. Surround them with love. I Love this prayer. I release you to your own highest good. So simple so true. Great help to bring you to neutral so love has a chance. You may or may not need to speak to or see this person or place but it will go a long way to making that a possibility. All these closet darkness’s suck energy from us. So bring yours into the light of love and give it the total treatment. Watch what happens.
