We need reminders. We need reminders for many things in life. I find it interesting that I have had a very good diet. Notice the had, Vegan really alkaline diet and this week I have descended into a land of sweets. I would do a steady diet of chocolate if I could. Actually my mouth would have me doing that and maybe my emotional body. Such an interesting situation because I have just been able to watch it and sometimes I give in and just eat muffins and cake for the day and then greens at nite. Not to repent but because my body needs greens after the sweet treats.
It has given me great compassion for people who seemingly can’t control their eating. I watched the whole process. Eating at my desk, having food breaks but not real breaks, too windy outside to go do my favorite exercise during the day, rollerblading. I finally rolled my yoga mat out and just did a few handstands. I needed a few things to switch the behavior when it starts going array. If you are the same way this little study of my behavior may help you.
1. When feeling less that your usual delightful self, call it what you will, from depressed to anxious or some less challenging title watch what you go for. What is your release valve? Can you watch what you do? A friend of mine told me today, “Woman are so lucky they don’t have penises.” Why because his is on a heat seeking mission. Looking for release. When you see that neutrally then you can assess what the best solution is. Find a woman, any woman, masturbate, sit with the need, exercise, and you name one.
2. When do you tend to over eat, not eat properly for you, binge? See the pattern and then work back from there. If you eat when on the phone maybe you want company to eat with. Can you arrange for that to happen? When we get neutral with ourselves we get kinder and more insiteful. This also allows us to be kinder with others.
3. Write an I am poem, song, story, Sing about you and what you know about you now not in the past nor the dead cows you are dragging with you. You will get to see your gifts, your radiance, your quirks, your delights, your irritants and more of the total you. Trust me do it. Then write your, I am not.
4. Bringing worlds together. You have to get conscious about you and know how to change your energy before you can help change the energy patterns of the world. Green means you first then and only then you will have the capacity to help make planetary shifts. How do you clear, clean and shift your energies?
