Have you ever felt like growling? For a reason or no known reason? Everyone does it is just how to develop patterns, habit of real true patience, the kind very successful business people have. The ability to stop time and space for whatever needs their attention. I want to give you some of these very successful tips that you can find in my next book, in my courses many places but you get a couple right here.
1. Stop. Stop talking, stop moving and get present with what you are really feeling. amazing that it will not take long once you pay attention. The feeling will tell you much.
2. Breath. Dragon breath or break breath are great, but I’m sharing sipping breath. It’s supper easy. Just sip a long breath in through your mouth and hold it for the count of 10 and exhale through the nose do this 5 times. Lowers all sorts of things. Report back please.
3. Ask yourself what is the real problem here and listen to the answer.

This will take all of 3-5 min and it will save you again and again. This pattern will then become part of you and you will be able to just do the breathing or just think of the breathing and you will calm down. Practice, practice, and perfect comes after you. Whatever perfect is or is not.
