through meditation, yogic tips, NLP, and many other modalities. It was magnificent. Why? Because I got to see people who had lots of years practicing these conscious methods and others who had no idea what they signed up for
One lovely man told me he signed up for my class. �Creating more energy in your life and business with the Energy Guru� thinking it was a fitness class and he only stayed because I was real with them. Real is the name of this game.
It�s not about how great I am or you are it is about how I can share things with you that have made my life better in ways I hope will make your life better. Better how? By giving you more energy, by letting you see what zaps your energy during the day and what gives you energy. By looking at the going towards the effective energy giving habit and knowing that the ineffective will die off if not feed. Without energy you cannot have great focus without great focus you cannot create great fortunes.
What habits do you have that you would like to leave as road kill? List them on a piece of paper and then burn the paper. Now list what you would like to go towards. What new habits do you want to create to support your focus and fortunes? This may be one it is for many people: eat better, what does that mean for you? Do you need help even knowing what that looks like for you? Who can help you, support you? Look to your local health food store for cooking classes, for shopping classes so you can be exposed to new options in eating and shopping.
Making more effective choices: How, where and what you eat matters too. Eating in the car and at your desk not the most effective places to eat. So where would you like to eat? Realistically? Make that place sacred. Bless your food. Breathe life into it and be greatful as you take each bite. Eat with others you care about. Don�t eat in stressed out situations or with people who stress you. If you have stressful lunch meetings drink (non alcoholic drinks) only and then eat after the meeting. Refuse to eat dead food or in stressful situations. Bring food from home or go to your local Traders Joes or health food store and buy something live and easy. Make things easy on yourself.
Tricks that will help: Have food in your car and at your desk that supports your energy like healthy protein bars, nuts and seeds, fruit dried or fresh, multigrain crackers are good starting points. Ready labels and buy bars with low sugar content. Lots of protein bars have tons of sugar. Don�t eat unconsciously. Stop take a break and eat something yes even snacks especially snacks.
Paying attention to ways we loose energy. These are just a couple ways
1. Are you fuming about something that happened instead of shaking it off, getting clear and seeing options for effectively shifting the situation or moving away from it.
2. Are you dwelling on something someone said about or to you? Use an Energy Guru exercise to make the shift and get out from under the obsessive thought pattern.
3. Did something happen at home or on the phone that you are worrying about? Know worrying just takes your energy and doesn�t give that energy to anyone else. Send the situation love, light, resolution, hope.
There are many aspects to the food chain? How you are feed physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually? Each one of these is important.
1.You can make eating your food a meditative experience.
2. Slow down, bless your food and eat with people who eat more slowly than you do.
3.Don�t eat when stressed or when you only have a few minutes. Drink
some delicious nourishing drink instead.
4. Enjoy your food. Enjoy eating.
Only eat under these situations. Try it and see what happen to your digestion, your energy level, your feeling of being cared for. Meditation in action it is yours for the picking.
