If you know you have been carrying this burden of insecurity and anxiety around for way too long, then you are ready to drop it and cash it in for something better.
Trust me, I’m a Vatta and Vattas are more prone to anxiety than Pittas or Kaphas. That thin body type that runs on nervous energy and loses sleep at the drop of a hat can really get anxious at the drop of a hat… or turban.
So, I wanted to share what I do when anxiety comes knocking at my door, for we will always have our traits that will return to roost. It’s only if you keep inviting them in that matters.
I’m not saying, bolt the door. I’m saying, feed that calm, feed the trust, feed that which you may not be seeing. See it for what it truly is and be willing most of all—willing to shift your perspective.
