Release is a word we all like for different reasons.
It has many connotations in our society. The common meaning is: to let go of, not hold onto something. Recently, the word release is also connected with a launch of something, such as a release of a new film, or album. So it means both a letting go and a bringing forth.
When we let go of something past, a moment past or 20 years past, it allows us to bring forth something new in much greater clarity and power. Do you want to know how to get to this state quickly? Do you want to know quick ways to get to this state on a regular basis? Good! It does require you doing something. The something is watching this video and then doing it with me. Several times a day for this week and this month until it is part of your hard drive. Something that you can pull out when needed and share with others. Then it will become second nature to you. Use this technique. Let it serve you so that you can serve others effectively.

Good! It’s easy and doesn’t look like much but releasing your upper back and neck can be priceless. It can take the load off your shoulders and open your heart. It will give you back the juiciest part of you, your heart. When these areas of the neck and heart are free, then you are calmer and can breath better. Shouldering the world is gone.
Breathing is the key to life. When you are breathing easily, you know what parts of your body are in pain and can direct attention to these parts. When breathing well your lungs are massaging your heart and a massaged heart is a happy heart. Our hearts benefit from massages just as we do. There are so many great assets to breathing well. You will learn of these assets and many different breaths in the weeks to come. You will also learn the applications and benefits of each breath.
