What Does Defrag Mean to You?
Defrag to me means something I was supposed to do when I had a PC. Clear the deck. Get rid of the funk. Release all the unwanted data. Do you do this to yourself? Do you know how to defrag you? It may seem a funny question but think about it. We know how to do this for our computers and yet you who are much more important than your computer don’t know how to defrag you? Do you want to?

I realized a few years ago that we know more about the capitals of each state, about finance and clothing styles and weather, and world news, and trivia than we do about how to regulate our own energy. Why is that? Why have we received no training in how to regulate and adjust our own energetic states? We hate it when someone’s emotions are always out of control but we just wish they would “get a grip” because we don’t have any good tools to offer them. We wish we wouldn’t get so angry, or anxious, or frantic, or hopeless but we don’t know what to do about it. Sometimes we try sugar or caffeine or drugs or alcohol or sex or therapy. You know—or or or—but, we don’t really know what to do with ourselves when we go to these dark or non-functional, non-friendly states. Do you want some really easy clues for things you can do?
