Chakra Energy: How to Balance the Magnetic Field

There are many ways to help clear and strengthen chakra energies and your magnetic field. Today I want to give you a couple of exercises, but first I want to tell you a secret about the color white.

White strengthens your chakras and adds 18 feet to your magnetic field. Yes, eighteen. This means when you feel depleted, wear white and the color will expand each chakra and your magnetic field. Did you know that our magnetic field gets small when we feel bad on any level? When you want to project more expansion, wear white. White doesn’t work well on TV, but even so, The Beatles seemed to know—they had their White album. There was also a wonderful song called A Whiter Shade of Pale in the 60s and it’s still popular.

White is an all-inclusive color. It contains all colors, yet it is the color that calms and cools us down. That is why we wear white in the summer. Some of us wear white all year because it has many other very touching attributes.

I love to go into a hotel that has white duvet covers. It tells me that it is clean. God knows what’s behind multi-colored spreads. Thus, white rooms are calming. You can work well in them. They allow and encourage you to breathe. When someone enters a white room, they say all is well in there and you can be too. White is the color of straightjackets and padded cells because the color contains what needs to be contained. White contains all, you see. You can use white to uplift or contain you; to be vast or confining.

White is the snow that carries stillness and awe as it falls and settles before there are any hueman or animal markings made upon it. White is the color of foam on the top of ocean waves. White is the color of knuckles when holding on for dear life, or when anger is held in (white-hot). White light is what makes us see or feel the angelic. White tantric is the type of Tantric rituals to clear the subconscious. A white sheet can mean many things, like a clean bed or the color of death, which is the case in India where it’s also the color worn by the elderly. Here, it is the color you get married in (at least for the first time).

We think of the raciness of being white; of acting white. But white is a mix of colors and the races mixing in every dimension and direction becomes the epitome of the color. White is not the absence of all color but the inclusion of all. Therefore, it includes both sides of the hemisphere. For example, the white lilies of spring are used in both funeral arrangements and wedding bouquets. White is everything and it is nothing.

So how can you explore white? How can you use white to uplift you and those around you? How can you consciously use white to allow you to feel more serene and more trusting? How can you make friends with white, not just in the summer, but now, in order to discover its vast depth?

I want to invite you to try one tool to help you discover what white can do for you. Do you know that if you align all the chakras (each with its own color) and put white right above the head, you will strengthen all the chakras? Did you know that if you do the same thing with black, instead of white, you will weaken all the chakras? Interesting, right?

You can use my white Chakra Pillow or your own meditation pillow if you have one already.

Try this exercise to expand and clear your magnetic field.

Cheer for the Self: Empower yourself; be your own cheerleader

Standing on tiptoes, extend the arms up above the shoulders with hands and eyes wide open. Say “SA”. Next, squat down while swinging the arms down and back with eyes and hands closed. Say “TA”. Then, come to a standing position with eyes and hands open. Swing arms to cross in front of the chest and say “NA”. Stay standing tall and swing the bent arms back on your side with closed hands and eyes. Say “MA”.

Repeat the cycle.

2-3 minutes

Gift

This strengthens your magnetic field and helps reinstates power in who you truly are.

May you use these and have a truly amazingly strong powerful magnetic field.

All Love and Blessings to you. Wahe Guru.

Blue…

blueBlue…

This is the time of year when people have had enough of the cold, the dreary, the slushy, the icy, and the blues. Here I want to speak of BLUE and how to let go of the blues.

Blue is an oceanic wavelength of vast color. It has depth and holds promises of activating your depth. Blue comes in a myriad of shades and hues. Some hold promise and some seem hopeless – the flip sides of the same coin. The grey blues are the ones that we cling to in our magnetic fields when we “feel blue”. They are hopeless, bordering on depression. Try this yoga exercise on Chakra Magnetic:

When feeling blue, you need to get to the clear buoyant colors of blue. Feed yourself the antidote color. Go to a gallery that is showing art on water, or glaciers, or Picasso’s blue period. Wear really joyous, hopeful, dancing colors of blue. In the winter, when it is drab, cold, and stark outside, we tend to wear grey and brown, and most of all, black. Shift that go for bright happy colors you will uplift yourself with as well as those looking at you.

Who made the rule that we had to wear these drab colors in winter? There are now fabulous warm clothes made in fun colors. Even Cashmere has lost it’s monochromatic tones. Lose your monochrome and embrace oceanic blue. Start with jewelry. make it fun and blue. Semi precious stones or precious ones are always best, but if not, go for crystals and something you love, or scarves that make you happy. You can also dance with a scarf. Try it. It is whimsical and delightful. Wear one and go grab a child and dance. Think of Krishna, the blue of the blue.

Blue is the color of the throat chakra, and winter cold often makes us turn blue. Winter also brings problems of the head, throat and chest. All these colors are in the blue and blue-purple ranges. So embrace the color blue and let that healing energy seep into you. Take a blue chakra pillow.

Heat up the blue chakra pillow and put it on your throat or heart area. Sleep with a warm chakra pillow under your neck. Yummy! It makes your communication with yourself and others easier, for it’s the throat which rules communication. When you are blue, there is no fun communication. So get to TRUE BLUE and let that Oceanic color embrace you.

Get radical and paint a wall in your office your favorite color of bright and happy blue. Above all, breathe the depth of blue into you. Dance the vastness of the Ocean depth into you. See your blues and laugh. Say, “I am not dancing with you. I have a better partner. True Blue.”

Wahe Guru. I am dancing with you.

The Hidden Gifts of Green

meaning of greenThe Hidden Gifts of Green

When we say “green” these days, it’s usually a reference to how environmentally friendly it is a product is or your recycling life. All good, but today, I want to share the original green that inspired this movement for people to be more conscious about mother Earth and their own plot on this planet. It’s “The Green Movement” The reason it is not called orange nor yellow is self-evident.

Green is the color for life. Springtime comes to rescue us after months of long low-hanging oceanic grey clouds and stark lifeless tress, in many places. Green is the color of hope that there is life after death; that things will come back to life again, and that means once we return to the earth, we will flourish once again. Green is the color of grass and leaves and that which invites us to come sit down, just be, and inhale as we welcome thoughts in the line of: Come and smell the joy that erupts from me; come dance with the “me” that dares to express life.

Green is also the color of the heart, the heart chakra. Green is the color of money (or at least our money, the dollar). Green says you too can have the power to burst forth into life—a much bigger, more luscious life than you ever thought possible. Green is a very daring color and yet it is also a healing color. Hospitals once had everyone wear green for just that reason, but the type of green they used was truly hideous, so now they have branched out into all other colors. But still, the idea for the original green was to give patients hope and make them feel they were outside of their situation in the hospital, where they could wish they could be.

Green is for St. Patrick’s Day. But, I just have to laugh that this supposed saint who rid Ireland of serpents associated with a number of Goddesses and who is now best remembered with a drunken green holy day. How fitting. The shamrock of good luck came back with the serpent’s bite and it “greened” him. So Green means good luck, unless you messed with the source of the good luck.

So when you need a good dose of hope and luscious energy, embrace everything green except food coloring and green beer (with food coloring in it). If you feel a need for hope, good luck, healing, and a more juicy life, wear green, paint a wall green, or get a heart chakra pillow

and use it. Your frontal bone is so porous it will allow the color green to permeate your inner being if you use it over your eyes.

Har Har Har Wahe Guru.

Blessings and delightful deep Love

What Does Orange Do?

I want to encourage you to take the journey of Orange. When I say Orange, it spurts color and the most deliciously uplifting fragrance. What does Orange do for you? It is the color of hope? Creativity? Playfulness? Energy?

It was the one outfit I wore with Pritham which she commented on. She gave me a thumbs up and said, “Mom, look at you. Love the Orange.” Orange gave us both the energy and hope we needed.

When depressed, just open an orange or spray Revitalize Oil, which has lots of orange and other citrus oils in it. http://www.essentialthree.com/ Depression begone! It is known as the uplifter scents.

When you need energy, put that orange top on. Paint something orange in your house. Buy or paint an orange painting. Get some orange dancing shoes.

Orange is the color of the second chakra. In all it’s various shades and tones, it can cover everything from creativity, to sensuality, to playfulness, to you name what it does for you.

There is an entire hidden subtle side of Orange. It is like the sweetness of an orange itself. It can uncover unknown talents within you. If you are ready for that, then uncover Orange and use it’s power. You can get the orange chakra pillow. It will help you. http://darkhibernation.com/store/chakra-pillows/#.UP2KP6FxecI

Take the leap of joy into your life.

Wahe Guru love to you,

Yellow What?

When I think of yellow, I think of sunlight dancing, daffodils, sunflowers, chiffon, my favorite doll dress, fields of wild flowers, lemons, golden berries, eggs sitting in their white dresses, and dancing skirts of yellow swirls. Yellow may be a power color, a primary color, but it is also the “power of happiness” color. It is the “wake up” color, the burst-forth-with-energy color—your navel and mine.

Yellow is there to uplift and give your Energy with a big E. It is bright and alive; it wants to dance with you. It wants you to get out and dance with life. Paint a wall yellow in your living space and see what happens. Wear a yellow blouse, tie, scarf or, yes, even a skirt, and see what happens to you and your day. Yellow will not let you sit still but it will make you delightfully happy at the core of your being.

Look at the things that are yellow in your life, your surroundings, how do you feel around them. What do they tell you? What do they give you? Yes, I want you to tune into this color for it is springtime somewhere, right? The crocuses are bursting through the snow, giving hope. Yellow will help you be aware of energy if you pay attention. Make it the focus of your attention today. Don’t be a yellow belly.

When we say someone is yellow, it is not a compliment. It means you are a coward; you live in fear. Here is something that is actually an antidote for your fear. Let me know that you have made friends with this meditation, meaning you must do it for 40 days and then tell me if it works. Just 11 minutes for starters and don’t be afraid of this commitment. Lose fear and gain love. Yellow is both the dance-upward and downward color for which the Yellow Chakra Pillow can also be a support tool.

Love you, in Juicy Yellow dancing embrace without fear. Jump into that which will give you light!

The Power of Red

Red means stop. It is also the color of energy. Never want to sleep in a red room but you can get lots done working in one. Red is said to aid in digestion. It is one of the primary colors. My daughter never got to wear red so when she went to preschool she would often come home with these red socks. I would wash them and return them to the school. One day the teacher said, “I think she just needs to keep these socks. I see her getting her feet wet on purpose so she can put these socks on.”

Red—a grounding color; the color of the mountains and cliffs of Sedona; the color of the dirt in Oklahoma; the color our cheeks turn when we are cold or worked up; the color associated with fire and fire engines. These all give us clues to the power of red.

What I want you to do is look behind red. Feel how you feel around the main various shades and hues of red. We say, “I see red.” We know that means we are angry. Yet red holds so much more than that. Why do so many of us paint our toe nails red? Why are there so many red flowers? Why is the red rose the one that speaks of committed passion? What is behind our association with red? What secrets does red hold for you, for the world? How can you use red to heal? Yes, it is the most grounding of colors. Wear red socks or red pants or red shoes when you need more grounding. At one time I had many pairs of red shoes. I still have those red rain boots, and great red strappy shoes. I invite you to unfold the gift of red. Get a red chakra pillow http://darkhibernation.com/store/chakra-pillows/ . It will give you clear, connected energy. Explore RED.

Wahe Guru blessings to you,
