Chakra Energy: How to Balance the Magnetic Field
There are many ways to help clear and strengthen chakra energies and your magnetic field. Today I want to give you a couple of exercises, but first I want to tell you a secret about the color white.
White strengthens your chakras and adds 18 feet to your magnetic field. Yes, eighteen. This means when you feel depleted, wear white and the color will expand each chakra and your magnetic field. Did you know that our magnetic field gets small when we feel bad on any level? When you want to project more expansion, wear white. White doesn’t work well on TV, but even so, The Beatles seemed to know—they had their White album. There was also a wonderful song called A Whiter Shade of Pale in the 60s and it’s still popular.
White is an all-inclusive color. It contains all colors, yet it is the color that calms and cools us down. That is why we wear white in the summer. Some of us wear white all year because it has many other very touching attributes.
I love to go into a hotel that has white duvet covers. It tells me that it is clean. God knows what’s behind multi-colored spreads. Thus, white rooms are calming. You can work well in them. They allow and encourage you to breathe. When someone enters a white room, they say all is well in there and you can be too. White is the color of straightjackets and padded cells because the color contains what needs to be contained. White contains all, you see. You can use white to uplift or contain you; to be vast or confining.
White is the snow that carries stillness and awe as it falls and settles before there are any hueman or animal markings made upon it. White is the color of foam on the top of ocean waves. White is the color of knuckles when holding on for dear life, or when anger is held in (white-hot). White light is what makes us see or feel the angelic. White tantric is the type of Tantric rituals to clear the subconscious. A white sheet can mean many things, like a clean bed or the color of death, which is the case in India where it’s also the color worn by the elderly. Here, it is the color you get married in (at least for the first time).
We think of the raciness of being white; of acting white. But white is a mix of colors and the races mixing in every dimension and direction becomes the epitome of the color. White is not the absence of all color but the inclusion of all. Therefore, it includes both sides of the hemisphere. For example, the white lilies of spring are used in both funeral arrangements and wedding bouquets. White is everything and it is nothing.
So how can you explore white? How can you use white to uplift you and those around you? How can you consciously use white to allow you to feel more serene and more trusting? How can you make friends with white, not just in the summer, but now, in order to discover its vast depth?
I want to invite you to try one tool to help you discover what white can do for you. Do you know that if you align all the chakras (each with its own color) and put white right above the head, you will strengthen all the chakras? Did you know that if you do the same thing with black, instead of white, you will weaken all the chakras? Interesting, right?
You can use my white Chakra Pillow or your own meditation pillow if you have one already.

Standing on tiptoes, extend the arms up above the shoulders with hands and eyes wide open. Say “SA”. Next, squat down while swinging the arms down and back with eyes and hands closed. Say “TA”. Then, come to a standing position with eyes and hands open. Swing arms to cross in front of the chest and say “NA”. Stay standing tall and swing the bent arms back on your side with closed hands and eyes. Say “MA”.
