The 6th Is Always a Power Day

Posted by Alvin

This is a day to celebrate hope, renewal and, most of all, heart – compassion, love, and  the awakening of deepSix innocence. This was the legacy of Guru Ram Das. This is the day, Oct 6th that we celebrate Guru Ram Das’s birthday, which was really his birth for merging with the Divine.

Such an interesting day for me for it is also the day my Beloved Teacher, Yogi Bhajan, left his body. Triple 6, my precious daughter, also left her body on the 6th December. 6th, my son was born on April 6th. The 6th of June is when Indira Gandhi took her tanks and troops into the Golden Temple, where you don’t even wear shoes, and created mass killings which cost her her life. So we always have a Gurudwara (Sikh Temple) service on that day, every 6th of each month.

It is a power date to remember all who have aligned with that date. We knew our Teacher, Yogi Bhajan, waited until that date to leave. Where my daughter was concerned, the date was the farthest thing from our minds as we were in this timeless, spaceless zone of just being with her, but she chose to leave on the 6th, and, by doing so, let me know that she would always have a temple service to honor her being.

So, on this day, please allow the grace and heartfelt service of Guru Ram Das, the Guru of the Heart, the 4th Guru to serve you. He was known as the Guru who was a Guru by day and who, by night, went out into the streets dressed as a beggar to help take care of the poor, the sick and the homeless. His temple, the Priceless Golden Temple, is the temple many come to India not only to see but, most of all, to be in the vibration with. You can’t imagine what the water in the Temple is like. Picture this water that surrounds this temple that has 22 hrs of chanting each day. Immerse yourself for a moment in that vibrational bath. Someday, we will go there together so you can have that transformational experience in body as well as spirit. It’s called, “take and sip and dip in the water,” but what it really is, is becoming at one with the frequency of this water, this Naad, and there is nothing more to do.

This temple, the Golden Temple was built to heal not for any particular event or death or birth or… wedding or anything, it was built just to heal. So this day is your chance to heal.

Do this meditation today to claim and radiate healing:

  • Sit in easy sitting pose for you. Close your eyes bring your hands palms up fingers together like little begging bowls, receptive. Bring your elbows into your side.
  • Chant  RA MA DA SA SAY SO HUNG. There are many versions to chant this with. Go to iTunes or Spirit Voyage and claim one that vibrates for you.

Happy Blessed Guru Ram Das’ Birthday and all those who serve that healing on the planet.

Wahe Guru love and blessings showering upon you,

Gurutej

What NOW?

strategy-sessions-with-GurutejHave you ever felt at a loss after something you having really been looking forward to is over and you can’t seem to find the next wonderful or miraculous thing?

I think we have all felt this till you get to the place in your life where you realize life is a series of amazing events, amazing realizations, amazing wake-up calls.

Last night at 2am the mockingbird started right outside my open window. I went to sing back to him in hopes of quieting him but nothing would divert him from his repetitious litany. I tried to sleep but his song was more powerful. I had to shut the window against his song. Literally in defense of his persistence. I wished him the best on his quest but sleep was required. He was still going strong at 4am. He was still going full power at 6am. He would switch from the front of the house to the back but his song calling out for a mate was perpetual. He was still going strong at 10:30am. He is still going and it is after 1pm, almost a 12-hour concert. What are you needing to apply that amount of energy and focus to?

Most of the time we get tired of things very quickly.

What do you want or need to attract into your life that requires you to chant to it for 12 hours?

Are you willing to do that?

Funny, often my students say they don’t even have time for an 11-minute meditation. So I just say, “Okay, how about 22 minutes?” If they protest, it goes to 31 then 62 because it tells me the level of resistance. Yogi Bhajan only gave us 2.5- hour meditations. Every meditation he gave was that.

I know you may not want one more thing to do, right? I can hear the Please I want about 10 less things to do, right?

What if you had one thing that could change the face of your life as you know it and uplevel it?

What about that?

Would you say yes to that?

If you were told this is a 200% guarantee that it will make everything in your life better —

Give you more time,
more energy,
more connection,
more patience,
more joy,
more true success,
more peace,

What would you say to that?

I want your real answer. Not the one you think I want. If you answer me this, I have a gift for you. Not telling you what the gift is but it will benefit you.

Deep Gratitude for your truthful answer.

Everyone has a blank page… do you know yours?

Posted by Gurutej

find-the-support-you-need
What the heck is a blank page? It’s the place where you don’t know how to make it whole, happy, prosperous. We all have at least one. Is yours wealth, or relationships, or work, or service? Is it about nourishing yourself, exercise or lack of it, maybe family, perhaps having too much or not enough? Where is the most challenged place in your life? Once you see that, then you will have the outline of your blank page.

1. Identify your blank page. You probably already know it. Then name it. Give it a silly name, i.e.:

My blank partner page
My almost here wealth page
My mass attack family page
My rock hard life page

Have fun with the name once you see a blank page.

2. Don’t get down on yourself that you have one or more of these pages. Everyone does it. It is only what you do  with them that matters.

Be kind to yourself and accept and breathe in your blank page, realizing that it is there waiting to be filled and fulfilled. Possibilities. Blank is vast. It is limitless.

3. Allow your blank to be Vast.

If you do this, you can make your blank page your teacher. What are you talking about,  Gurutej? This is crazy. It’s my weakest place in my life. Thus your teacher. It will push you, it will pull you if you really invite it in, and it will teach you. Try it. Sit quietly and ask it questions that you would want to know about the whys. But ask them from a full point-of-view. For example: Why do I have so much wealth? Why do I have such great relationships? Don’t be sarcastic but be connected that under the No lies the Yes.

4. Know that in every person’s greatest strength lies their greatest weakness.

That is, if you don’t feel you are good at intimate relationships, you just truly suck. You will find that your greatest strength will be the flip side of that – that you are very good at being able to observe things very clearly, or that you are fearless at saying things “like they are,” meaning how you see they are.

In seeing your blank page, I want you to flip it over and discover your fullness – what you are really good at and let that support your blank page.

5. What do I mean by that? Marry your greatest strength to your blank page.

Take what you have seen as your blank page and see your greatest asset and put them together. My mother used to often say to us as children (there were 6 of us), “I wish I could just put you two in a container and shake you up.” I once asked her what she meant by that. She told me, “You each have gifts and you each have places where I wish one of the other ones could share some of what they have with you.” Plain and simple.

1. You can do that by sitting with your blank page and your asset together and allowing them to talk to each other.

2. Write about them both on one page.

3. Let them tell you what they want to do together.

4. Ask them their favorite thing to do then invite the blank page to do what your asset wants to do. Then switch.

5. They will give you input. Let them show you your deep creativity.

What can I say but enjoy this process and see how amazing you truly are. See how you can allow vastness into this dry pond called your blank page which we usually have much more degrading names for.

Remember if you want support (and who doesn’t need a good dose of that), here is a link to have a call with me http://gurutejsessions.com/. Remember this investment can be applied to more in-depth support should you choose that within the next 9 months.

I love and honor you.

female-athlete-runningGod, sometimes we just need to get going on something, right? I am super disciplined and very good at following through so that is not my problem. Mine is the need to really take some down time and just be. If I have something planned, I tend to go with the plan unless I get knocked on my back side. I am getting better at saying this is a quiet hour or day or moment, or even a few days. How about you? Are you better at jumping in or are you an over-thinker and have a hard time just to start trusting? We all have more of one or the other. Which is yours?

We know we get great revelations in the shower, or when exercising or meditating. Actually contemplating when meditating means you are just there, no thoughts. I get great info from all these places. What about you? Knowing this, it seems we could deduce that more of that time would truly empower us to take clear, concise and appropriate action, yes? Yet we tend to have this thing that we have to work more, work harder to prove that we have worth as a hueman being, that we have to work hard just to take up space on this planet. Or we have so many “have tos” in our life that we can’t think of taking downtime even though we are in desperate need of some.

When you have to keep going:

This is for you if you are a goer. You start and just keep going. The Energizer Bunny has nothing on you. You may not feel that peppy but you keep trudging forward for your children, your job, your husband, your partner. Your life is broken on fast forward. You don’t even know what downtime feels like. You feel you have no options but to keep going, or everything will fall apart. I think of Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State. When she finished 4 years, she had been to like 140 countries and she declared that she was taking 8 weeks totally off. She looked like she needed to sleep for 7 of those weeks. Trust me, as I came back after meditation today and took a nap that was so delicious, I thought of all the nights I went on 3-4 hours of sleep and didn’t get to take that nap because I was running a community and had children and… I didn’t learn this the easy way. But I want to share it with you. Does your life feel like you have no rest option and you just die at the day’s end? I want to wave my majic wand and say, “Here you go, here is an extra hour or two each day.” Oh I can do that. I actually know ways you can stretch time and space by adjusting your current habits. Sounds so easy, doesn’t it? Have to say haha. Changing your perceptions and your habits are the hardest thing. That is why we have mentors, coaches and therapists to help us do that and stay accountable. Right? Oh, but how can you have even 30 minutes that can be yours each day? REMEMBER I said you have to change habits. It starts with how you go to bed. Your next day starts with how you go to bed. Not sleep but bed.

Try these 3 simple things. Pssst, I have lots more.

Take a shower or bath to clear the day. Water is a great purifier and magnetic field cleanser. Then run your feet, yes both of them, under cold water or snow which even is easier. Yes, really cold water and towel dry them to warm. This will take all of 3 minutes.

Do something to clear your magnetic field – the people and things that got to you today so you don’t take them to bed with you. This is easy and effective.

http://youtu.be/gmoOXL7MjIY?list=PL71ECA6F65EDD7A26

Breathe through your left nostril, block off the right nostril which is the one you use all day to get stuff done, and go into your calm receptive mode with left nostril breathing. Sweet dreams and see if you don’t arise more easily. Give it 7-14 days of practice every night and then see.

If you do this, you will need less sleep over time as you take less to bed with you. You will be able to get BETTER quality sleep and will actually need less of it. Thus more time for you. It’s not the quantity of sleep but the quality of sleep that counts.

Next time we will talk about how we can create more downtime, more vast space even during your busy day. This will also rejuvenate you in deep ways all day long. If you like this, there is so much more in my books. Each one of them has different wonderful techniques and we are offering them as a bundle – digital or ones that you can hold and sleep with.

What is the Equinox? … Not the gym

stockvault-blood-rose-macro---hdr133786Funny how a business and a car can become more well-known than the four pillars, the four power times of our life cycle on planet Earth. Let’s reclaim the essence of Equinox and Solstices, shall we?

These four pillars were given to us as power points, wake-up time. The spring or vernal Equinox is self-sacrifice time. Doesn’t sound good to you? Oh, but it is, for you have to die to your fears before you can get that rebirth, that luscious connection that we all long for. So are you ready to die?

Think of all the spring holy days. They all include death, from the Passover with the angel of death that didn’t take the Jewish babies, but how were they saved? With blood on the door. The angel of death took someone, some group. Then there’s Easter which has been preceded by 40 days of Lent where you give things up that you know aren’t good for you so that come Easter, you can arise with Christ into a more sublime state of your own life. Then Bhasakhi (Sikh Spring Holy Day) where Guru Gobind Singh actually asked for five people heads. Not figuratively but literally. Those with the courage to surrender their all were birthed into a new existence. They are known as the five Beloved ones and they were the first to be taken from a low class and elevated into a high class complete with Turbans which only kings were allowed to wear.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PX5oPXZLtnU

I ask you to sit and breathe into your fear.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1p9-ysX71A

Do this meditation 8-part inhale through the nose thinking Sa Ta Na Ma one sound per sniffed breath. Exhale in a whistle. Whistle gives you the capacity to release fear. The mudra is little finger (mercury) touching all the way from base of hands. Middle finger (saturn) tips touch each other. All other fingers are extended out powerfully.

Another great tip: write your fears out, read them, burn them.

You can be one of the last 2 people we can fit in if you say yes right away.

Go here  and join us https://gurutej.com/workshops-and-retreats/ Come join Keith and me for a wonderful, empowering journey into the death and rebirth of you with others. It is always a more powerful experience  to utilize the energy of a group.  It is much more activating, much more supportive of going to deep places and staying there till the shift happens. I promise you a vast container to dive into and some powerful tools to take with you. Best of all a great group to do it with. There are only 2 places left. Are you one of those two? Then say yes to yourself and your energetic release and rebirth. https://gurutej.com/workshops-and-retreats/

To your fearless empowerment of your essence.

3 Great Energy Robber Solutions

Posted by Gurutej
· March 4, 2015

angry

I’d love to have a circle where everyone gets to say what in their life they are allowing to steal their energy. I will share first. I had this person that lived with me whom I loved but didn’t like much. Why? He was a royal pain. Narcissistic, every conversation was about him, his views and his needs. He couldn’t be part of and contribute but needed everything from me. Even his moving out was a month of drama and trauma. But I let myself get my tail stuck in his grinding machine. When I was able to just let him go off as he often did and not get involved, all was fine with me. It wasn’t whether I could only keep my calm externally but also if I could keep my calm internally. I could even be outrageous externally. It was all about the internal temperature. That was the gauge if I let him “get to me.” He was a great teacher. I am greatful but I don’t want to seek more of that out.

So for you, what are the robbers in your life? Someone close to you at home or work that can get you going in a way you don’t love? Someone that belittles you or tries to always be right or in-charge or worse, sabotage you? We all have these “teachers” in our lives and it’s really about what we do with them. Big chances are they aren’t going to change but you can change. You can change your reaction to the situation. Hard yes, but not as hard or energy-losing as getting in what I call an interlock with them. It’s the interlock that steals our neutral mind, our clarity of thought and heart. Sorry but some people are truly crazy and you may have to work with them but you don’t have to give them your energy. When you engage on their level, they win and they win big because winner takes all. That means all your energy too. So what to do?

1. Identify your energy stealers.

2. How long have they been in place?

3. Are you willing to shift your perception of them for starters?

Want to share this story with you for it says it so well. I met this wonderfully majical woman at the Genius bar. She made me laugh. We were talking about the fact that I learned my backup lesson a few years ago. Recently I had the misfortune of having my hard drive wiped clean to regain any connection with my computer. And yes, I had just backed up the week before Wahe Guru. She said, “You know what I do when my computer says back up? I take two steps back.”  She won my heart in that one sentence. That’s what I had wanted to do for years but broke that habit. That wasn’t the most amazing thing. The best part was when she asked me if I knew about a certain yoga center. I had helped start this center so of course I knew about it. Then she said something super perceptive about one of the teachers there but with no judgment. It was so wonderful – there was no gossip, just very clear discernment. That is what will give you the best connection with your distractor/teacher. Get a clear 50,000 ft. view, not the upfront and personal one you are carrying around in your chest pocket named your heart, and cut the cords of entanglement. Yes, literally cut them with the laser view of discernment. See their beauty, their faults, see them and then bless them and bless you so you don’t get entangled in the vines of their forest. What happens is their mess calls out to your insecurities and they’ve got you. So do this when you see this person or could be a memory of a place.

Exercise: Pursed lips for calm/vision

Take a very deep breath in from the soles of your feet and then purse your lips really hard with the lips rolled in like you have no teeth. Keep that position with your breathing happening slowly through your nose. You obviously can’t do this in front of them but only as soon as you get away.

Another Exercise: For calm /light

This is great while you are with them. Rub the tips of your fingers together in little circles, just lightly touching them. It will calm you down and this you can do right in front of them.

Exercise: For cutting the bonds

Take your hands like swords and with palms facing you, start cutting at an angle across your heart. Focus on a powerful downward movement with a powerful “O” breath. Make an “O” out of your mouth and breathe. Inhale and exhale through that “O” powerfully while making the downward chopping movements.

Try these not to change “them” or the situation but to give you more clarity and power so you can SEE your way through. More attention to the intention and less to the drama and trauma of energy-stealing people and situations.

Thankful: Be prepared to be "in the flow"

Posted by Gurutej

flowThis is the mantra for the astrology of now. Be in the flow. How hard is that to do anytime but it’s even more challenging during the holidays. Yet is this a state you want? If yes, continue on.

Recently I got to attend a memorial of a very dear soul, Carol Ann Suzi. I only use her name because she would want that. She was a fireball of energy, life and joy. She loved to create and serve food, feed others, and take care of people. But most of all, she brought her personal, signature, raucous brand of heartfelt joy to the party we call life. She was not afraid of mixing the F word with the L words. Spice is important in life and she knew that. Refuse to live a life turned off or toned down. Live your brand of being in the flow.

Why am I telling you this for my Thanksgiving connection? Because the more awake and alive you are willing to become, the more fully you will embrace the divine gratitude that is the gift of this life. This sounds so easy but we all know it is not. To be truly and absolutely you in all your grace and fire and light and spit and hope and clawing. The willingness to be greatful for what is in front of you and dive into that flow instead of resisting it.

You will have more patience because you won’t expect everyone to live the way you think they should.

You will be able to be kind and wild when people are not.

You will laugh things off because you can see the wounds of others clearly and not take them personally.

You will not feel overwhelmed because you know we are here for something so much bigger than it seems in our everyday lives.

I could go on and on but the beauty of saying yes to your life right now is priceless. It will bring you the truest form of “greatitude” and not the kind saved for Thanksgiving Day only. The one thing that came up over and over again about Carol Ann was that no matter what life dropped in her lap, she remained happy and positive. Even if it meant selling Tupperware to make ends meet. She had Tupperware parties to end all Tupperware parties. She wasn’t always the wondrous heartfelt bossy voice of Mrs. Wolowitz on The Big Bang Theory. So what are you going to do today and the next today to embrace the vast gift of your life?

The holidays are always marvelous and always challenging. Look at your challenges and see if you don’t deserve some support in changing the way you go through your holidays so you can claim the Holy from them. If you want some support try this http://gurutejsessions.com/holiday-harmony/. It can support you each and every day in a simple and timely way.

Here is our Holiday Harmony call recording that you may listen to.

Trust and then jump in. I will be with you each day. http://gurutejsessions.com/holiday-harmony/

Sugar I love you. Sugar I hate you.

Posted by Gurutej
· November 11, 2014

sugarDo you ever feel this way? The push  and pull of knowing you “shouldn’t” yet having that deep attraction like a bad relationship? I saw the best article this morning. It talked about how to eat your sugar mindfully. I loved this. The suggestions were simple.

Eat slowly and taste each treat.

Eat sugar with your non-dominant hand.

These are great ideas once you have made the decision to eat the sugar. I want to back up the sugar voyage. But first I want to ask you a couple of sugar-related questions.

Do you have a love-hate relationship with sugar? Your tongue loves it but the rest of you is usually upset with yourself for the indulgence or binge. It is amazing that we give our 10, 000 taste buds voting rights over the well-being of our entire person. Think about it. We actually give extreme voting rights to the tongue.

Do you have sugar regrets? The afterglow of the sugar wears off and you realize you just consumed 6,000 calories (maybe a few more or maybe a few less). You know exactly where this is going to land on your body – hips, thighs, stomach, or your face in the form of acne or at least some kind of breakout. Do you hate the weight gain and wonder just how it got there? This makes you upset with yourself. It’s that “Why did I do that AGAIN?” question that has no rational answer.

Then the hidden sugars. A big one is your morning coffee unless you are having it black.

Do you wish you could just look and not touch “the stuff”? You feel like an addict who just can’t say no to sugar. It promises you more love, energy, the total package. Then it lets you down and you have to go back more for “ the high” right?

You know you never feel better, calmer, kinder after consuming sugar but…!  This is not a rational decision, this sugar love.

Sugar fulfills a gap in our lives. It is the love drug. I once took this art class and the teacher declared at the start of the series, “Someone will bring treats to each class. I will make up a list and pay attention to your turn. We have to have treats for this class.” I was amazed. One woman proudly declared, “Sugar is my drug of choice.” I was both amazed by the clarity of the stated addiction and a little stunned that the acknowledgement didn’t bring an awareness that addictions own you. Liking some food or treat means you can have it or not have it. You can see a table of pretty, yummy treats and admire them and walk away. Addiction means you literally can’t do without that and you must have “just one” which often grows into many more.

Can I give you a little sugar antidote? Would you be open to trying one or more of these to have sugar release you from her jaws?

  1. When you don’t have enough minerals in your beautiful body, it makes you crave sugar. Sugar is a downer, especially processed sugars or simple sugars, and it takes minerals from your body. Thief.

Antidote: Recommendation. Take a liquid mineral supplement. Go to your local health food store or online, or go to your naturapathic doctor and get one that suits you.

  1. Sugar messes with your B vitamins. The recommendation is to take extra B vitamins.

  1. Sugars from alcohol: Make sure you drink lots and lots of water and take B vitamins.

  1. Sugars have a negative effect on your liver and pancreas. Look at the diabetes rates in this country. It is the #1 disease pushing the health care costs up.  Not to mention the stressors and limitations of living with diabetes. There are herbs that can help but not reverse the effects of sugar on these organs. Green Juices, Dandelion Root, Milk Thistle are some that can help. Meditation and exercise will help you not crave sugar. How? Because we all want sweetness and love, and these are ways to experience that love in a much more empowered way.

Are you ready to be empowered or powered by sugar? Isn’t it great that you get to choose?

One way you can choose is to make healthy treats for parties and bring them with you. One of my favorites is so simple: poached organic pears with a little cinnamon and nutmeg. Always gets raves.

Another is this raw chocolate mousse. Trust me this one will get you invited everywhere. Super simple and I have had so many people try to get me to swear that this can’t possibly be raw and good for you – it is far too yummy. What do you have to lose by trying it? First on yourself then bring it on your friends.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 avocado

2 tablespoons of cacao

2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup

Action:

1. Either blend all ingredients in a food processor and make it smooth and creamy OR mash the avocado with a fork in a bowl.

  1. Add cacao and honey. Taste it, add more cacao if you want it more chocolatey, and more honey if you want it sweeter!

  2. Add a touch of cinnamon and 1/2 to 1 tps. of organic vanilla extract (or to taste)

Benefits:

· Helps to burn fat and reduce weight

· Reduces the signs of aging (the unprocessed highly mineralized oils in the avocado)

· High in vitamins A, C, E, K and B6, fiber, magnesium, potassium, riboflavin, niacin, folate and pantothenic acid.

I know the sugar dance is a high-wire act. I also know that you want to feel better or you wouldn’t be reading this. I would love to hear what you have brought to parties or your favorite recipe that is low in sugars or only has the better sugars such a Birch Zylotil, Mapel Syrup, Honey, Organic Coconut Sugar or Organic Cane sugars. Notice I have not included agave, brown or white sugars. These are the ones you want to back away from slowly and with a smile on your face. A smile that means I know what you will do to me, not for me.

I asked to see through the eyes of God

prayThat sounds like a pretty big request, yes? First I want to set the stage. I was at our morning temple service on my daughter’s would-be 38th birthday. Yet it was on her birthday that we did that dance together. I wanted this day to be as vast as the first one was.

Yes, it too stretched me to breaking. I was resigned to dying after birthing Pritham but I neither died nor left my body that day. So on this preciously deep and multi-faceted day, three interesting things happened before the request which opened the doors to me.

  1. We always bring some kind of sweet on our birthdays or the births of our children. So I was trying to get to WF to get something healthy but it wasn’t happening. I had such a busy day the day before. I was thinking maybe I should bring flowers from my yard, but my daughter’s flower loves were sunflowers and lilies and I had neither of those right now so… I heard Pritham say, “Why don’t you bring something I really loved?” That was it. She shared no more for me to know. I knew she loved Dr. Hauschka and I had some samples so, voila! Done. I put some in a bag and in my purse for the morning.

  1. When I got to Gurudwara, our temple, the woman seated behind the Guru ( The Siri Guruanth Sahib) was having such a wonderful time. Most of the time people are very sedate (their idea of respectful) but this woman was dancing with the chrodi ( the silver and horsehair brush to keep flies and funky energy off the Guru). She was in such bliss and ecstasy she was running her hands over the Guru. She was arm-and-body dancing and swaying. My daughter must have been clapping, for one of her last spoken realizations was that she wanted to dance more. Here was this woman embodying this.

  1. It was my beloved daughter’s birthday and it just came upon me to ask for a blessing. This morning it came to me, This is your daughter’s birthday. Ask for a blessing and insight. So I did. I ask to see the world through the eyes of God. I heard Pritham say, “Nothing up here looks the way you all see it down there.” I knew this to be true but I didn’t know exactly how or how it looked. I have to say I had no concept which probably helped me have this glorious and life-changing experience. What I saw was flowing moving colors which looked more like some kind of sea plant of many colors waving, and layers closing around the central core of energy and then opening up. All different colors and tones but all in movement. The divine energy leaned and then pulled back. It was so beautiful. So deeply moving. So simple and so complex both.

It is not about whether this is true, but that this was a gift experience that opened me to the limitations of how we see things and how we categorize things in our lives as “huemans.” I don’t want to overtalk this.

I simply want to ask:

What have you asked for that can transform your life?

What have you fearlessly asked for that you know will rock your world but you have the courage to ask anyway?

Who do you have that is your support when you make these divine and deep requests?

Being empowered to allow and invite more vastness in is the core of a truly successful, wealthy life. I want that for you.

Being empowered from the inside out and knowing there is more and going forth into the more with someone who has been there before you is priceless as you are.

I invite you in. You can still have a chance to jump in and be part of this amazing launch to empower you at your very essence.http://www.gurutej.com/empoweryouressence.html  It is not the time to hold back but the time to say yes to you and leap. I am here to catch and uplift you. For I have had that in my life. Greatful.

I am connected

connectionWhat are you the most deeply connected to in your life? Not attached to, but connected to? What person? What situation?

Please close your eyes and sit with that knowingness that comes from this connection.

When you are truly connected you are experiencing your true emotions. Emotions are the voice of the soul. True emotions. Once they get attached to a story – your story… then they lose the purity and take you into a known rut of feeling that may be comfortable but is not connected.

Connection is freeing. Connecting is knowing that a person or place or thing can leave you and you will still love and feel connected to and with them. It has depth and breath. It supports you. It contains the essence of non-attached love – what we now call pure love or unconditional love.

What gives you this feeling of deep connection?

What takes this feeling away from you?

You have to know both to see beneath bonds to connection. Beyond attachment to where the fibers of all live.

Are you ready for this? Stay tuned for more for it is coming to you and you have the chance to say yes if you really want more connection. I am connected with and to you. Wahe Guru more depth to come.

Wahe Guru love and blessings surround you.
